Welcome to Madison Seure

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of our handmade and made-to-order pieces. By placing an order on our website, you accept these conditions.

1. Product Offer

All products presented on our website are offered for sale as long as stock is available. Madison Seure reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability, pricing error, or failure to comply with these conditions.

2. Order and Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. This offer is only accepted when you receive an order confirmation email. The order becomes final only when payment has been received and processed.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT in France. Prices are subject to change without notice, but these changes will not apply to already confirmed orders.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and displayed before you validate your order.

4. Production Timeline

All our pieces are handmade and made-to-order. Production begins after your order is confirmed and payment is received.

Production timelines are generally 3 to 4 weeks. A more precise timeline will be communicated to you by email upon order confirmation. These timelines may be extended depending on the complexity of the piece or order volume.

5. Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at our online shop checkout. Payment must be made in full before production begins. No right of withdrawal applies once production has started.

6. Payment Security

All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. Your banking information is never stored on our server.

7. Stock Availability

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, stock may be limited. If a raw material or color is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or a refund.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under French and European law, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, if the piece is new, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Exception: Made-to-order pieces that have begun production cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defect.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

9. Liability

Madison Seure declines all responsibility for damage or loss occurring after the package is delivered to the carrier. Natural variations in color and texture due to the handmade nature of the pieces are not defects.

10. Personal Data

Information you provide to us when placing an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please consult this policy to understand your rights and obligations.

11. Modification of Terms

Madison Seure reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the website. Your continued use of the website after publication means you accept the modifications.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be resolved according to procedures applicable in France.

13. Consumer Rights

As a consumer, you benefit from specific rights under French law and EU directives. For more information about your rights, visit the DGCCRF website (Direction Générale de la Concurrence, de la Consommation et de la Répression des Fraudes).

14. Disputes

In case of disagreement or dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at madisonseure@gmail.com to resolve the matter amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, you may file a complaint with the competent authority in your region.
