Cancellations Before Production

If you change your mind about your order, you may cancel it before we begin production. Please contact us at madisonseurestudio@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once your piece has entered our atelier and production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted, as materials have been sourced and work has commenced.

Made-to-Order Pieces Are Final Sales

All Madison Seure Studio pieces are handcrafted to order, specifically designed for you. For this reason, custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are created exclusively for your order. We take great care to ensure each piece meets our high standards before it reaches you.

Quality Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your piece arrives with a defect in materials or craftsmanship, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos documenting the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a solution — repair, remake, or refund — at our discretion.

Returns for Defects

Should we identify a defect, we will cover return shipping and provide a remedy. If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the fault lies with us (damage, defect, or error in production).

European Right of Withdrawal

If you reside in the European Union, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without penalty, provided the item is unworn and in original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective.
